Our Services

Pemberwick & Co. provides digital growth services for local service businesses, including website design and management, SEO, lead automation, review management, Google Business Profile management, social media management, and digital advertising.

The specific services provided to each client are agreed upon individually before work begins.

Payments

• A one-time setup fee is due before work begins.
• Monthly retainers are billed in advance.
• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue.
• We reserve the right to pause services on overdue accounts.

No Long-Term Contracts

Monthly services can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback when requested, and access to any accounts or platforms we need to manage on their behalf — such as Google Business Profile.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and consenting via our contact form, you agree to receive SMS messages from Pemberwick & Co. related to your service. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Intellectual Property

Websites and digital assets created by Pemberwick & Co. for clients become the client's property upon full payment of setup fees. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Pemberwick & Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 30-day period.

Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, lead volumes, or revenue growth. Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We commit to doing excellent work — not to specific results.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States.

Changes to These Terms
